Résumé: The revolution of information and communication technology and the Internet, one of the most prominent revolutions to change the economic conditions surrounding economic institutions, is no longer the old methods and forms of institutions are able to exploit the opportunities of this revolution, adaptation and adaptation to the new data, so emerged the concept of virtual institution that is in line with the requirements of this stage. For this purpose, this study comes to clarify the concept of the virtual institution and the most important strategies adopted by it, with reference to Amazon, the retail giant on the Internet, and the most important marketing strategies to take the lead in the field of retailing on the network.

Résumé: The aim of this study was to evaluate the quality of health care service from the perspective of patients in the public hospital institution Mohamed Boudiaf, based on the descriptive analytical methodology, In order to achieve the objective of this study, it distributed a sample estimated at 164 individuals, and was using the statistical package of social sciences (SPSS) data processing, and the study reached the following result : the quality of health care service is high level in the institution. There are differences in the perception of study sample about the quality of the health care service due the hospital services.

Titre: The reality and importance of modern technologies for Algerian economic institutions in penetrating international markets

Résumé: This paper aims to examine extent to which exporting economic enterprises use modern technologies in their international marketing activities and relationships. To achieve objectives of study, 70 questionnaires were distributed to managers and executives of exporting businesses. Study showed that there is a strong positive correlation between the use of modern technologies and tendency of businesses to international marketing. Regression model shows that higher level of use of modern technologies, more businesses are oriented towards international markets.

Résumé: This paper provide the study of one of the modern mechanisms of banking assessment in Algeria, the
model of supervision and banking rating (SNB), and simulated on a sample of banks operating in
Algeria showing its effectiveness in evaluating the performance and solidity of banks level, and that
the sample of the study suffers from a concentration problem in the assets and clearly demonstrates
the low quality standards of the assets. Accordingly, the study recommended that the framework
applicable to banking operations should be improved and managed, and that the use of banking
assessment systems should be widely disseminated, allowing periodic monitoring of safety indicators
and appropriate measures.
