dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to propose an educational foundation for the development of intellectual capital of teachers based on the requirements of sustainable development.The sample cosiste of (850) teachers as a Relative-cluster- random. After analyzing the data, the proposed educational foundations have been suggested for the development of intellectual capital of teachers based on the requirements of sustainable development. Among the recommendations made by the study, the adoption of educational foundations found in the study by the Ministry of Education and circulated to government and private educational institutions.en_US
