Abstract

Depuis sa création, et jusqu’à maintenant le métier d’audit environnemental rencontre plusieurs contraintes. Ces derniers dus à la difficulté et les paramètres participants à son application sur terrain, vu il est concédé comme un nouveau métier qui nécessite des moyens matériels et humains afin d’avoir une bonne culture environnementale aux travailleurs et par conséquence au système. En revanche, la protection d’environnement représente un objectif principal et vital pour les entreprises économiques et tout sa pour assurer sa continuité et garder niveau acceptable par rapport aux changements dans le monde industriel. D'autre part, l’audit est concédé comme un outil d’aide à l’entreprise a fin d’atteindre ses objectifs, par ce qu'il veuille sur d'évolution et la performance de différentes activités de l'entreprise. Ce qui explique nettement l’importance et le rôle qui joue l’audit environnemental au bon fonctionnement de l’entreprise, par la définition des responsabilités environnemental et sociales, vue les engagements signés avec ses partenaires qu’elle doit les respecter. Mais, la mauvaise application d’audit environnemental sur terrain a causé ce dernier de prendre différentes formes et par conséquence influx sur la qualité de service de l’entreprise, comme le contrôle de système des projets administratifs environnementaux, et l’audit comptabilité, qui tient en compte le côté financier, et toutes les autres formes qui influx sur l’amélioration et la performance environnemental de l’entreprise. A propos de ce contexte, le Ministère Algérien d'aménagement des Territoires et L’environnement a établi des statues et des lois qui exigent sur les entreprises économiques d'établir un système d’audit environnemental interne pour suivre l'application de la sécurité, l’hygiène et d’environnement et fournir au auditeurs extérieurs les moyens pour réaliser leurs inspections d'audits dans des bonnes conditions. Parmi ces entreprises qui appliquent ce système, comme titre d’exemple on peut citer l'entreprise ALFAPIPE et d’autres qui appliquent ce système d’audit interne afin d'êtres qualifier pour atteindre ses objectifs, et améliorer son image de marque dans le monde économique. En fin, de tous ce qui y a précédé, on peut dire que le système d’audit est nouveau et nécessite beaucoup des efforts pour l’appliquer et éliminer tous les contraintes qui empêchent son application en bonne conditions d’une façon efficace sur terrain et assurer la continuée des opérations économiques des l’entreprises.

Since its creation and until now the trade of environmental audit meets several constraints. The latter due to the difficulty and the parameters participating in its application on ground, by which it is conceded as a new function which requires materials and human in order to have a good environmental culture with the workers and by consequence with the system. On the other hand, the protection of environment represents a main aim and vital for the economic enterprises and all its to ensure its continuity and to keep acceptable level compared to the changes in the industrial world. In addition, the audit is conceded as a tool of assistance to the company has fine to achieve its goals, by what he wants on evolution and the performance of various lines of business. What explains the importance clearly and the role which plays the audit environmental with good the operation of the company, by the definition of the responsibilities environmental and social, seen the engagements signed with its partners whom it must respect them. But, the bad application of environmental audit on ground because this last to take various forms and by consequence impulse on the quality of service of the company, as the control of system of the environmental administrative projects, and the audit accountancy, which holds in account the financial side, and all the other forms which impulse on the improvement and the performance environmental of the company. In connection with this context, the Algerian Ministry of town and country planning and the environment established statues and laws which require on the economic enterprises to establish a system of environmental audit interns to follow the application of safety, the hygiene and of environment and to provide to the external listeners the means to carry out their inspections of audits under good conditions. Among these companies which apply this system, as titrates example one can quote company ALFAPIPE and others which apply this system of internal audit in order to beings qualify to achieve its goals, and improve its brand image in the economic world. In end, by all what preceded there, one can say that the system of audit is new and requires many the efforts to apply it and eliminate all the constraints which prevent its application into good conditions in an effective way on ground and to ensure continued economic operations as of the companies.
