أثر استخدام الانترانت على الخدمة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية:دراسة حالة بمديرية الوحدة الولائية للبريد ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى محاولة التعرف على مدى استخدام تكنولوجيا الإنترانت داخل مؤسسة مديرية الوحدة الولائية للبريد ورقلة وأثر استخدامها على الخدمة .وكانت إشكالية الدراسة كالتالي :كيف يساهم استخدام الإنترانت على الخدمة في المؤسسة الاقتصادية ؟هذه الدراسة تندرج في اطار الدراسات الوصفية ،ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة واستكمال الجانب التطبيقي فقد استخدمت المنهج المسحي التحليلي ،وتم جمع المعلومات اعتمادا على أداتي الملاحظة واستمارة الاستبيان ،حيث تم حصر عينة البحث في 40 مفردة من مجتمع الدراسة الكلي فاختيرت بطريقة قصدية تتمثل في عاملين مديرية الوحدة الولائية للبريد ورقلة ، وقد أسفرت الدراسة على مجموعة من النتائج تتمثل في ما يلي :إن الإنترانت ضرورة أساسية في تبادل المعلومات والبيانات من تكنولوجيا شبكات الاتصال ، وهي عنصر فعال وله تأثير على خدمات المؤسسة ،إذ أنها شبكة تقدم حلولا غير محدودة للجهد المبذول في المؤسسة للتوفيق بين سير العمل وتحسين الخدمات من جهة، وقنوات الاتصال من جهة أخرى لتطوير بيئة العمل وجعلها أكثر فاعلية ، فاستخدامها داخل المؤسسة له تأثير إيجابي وسلبي ،وبالرغم من وجود عوائق تتخللها فهي ساهمت في تقديم النتائج بدقة ، وتعد شبكة الإنترانت تقنية من التقنيات الحديثة التي تلجأ إليها المؤسسات الحالية خاصة المؤسسات الاقتصادية منها ، وأيضا تؤكد النتائج التي ظهرت على أن استخدام الإنترانت أثناء العمل لم يلغي كليا دور تقنيات الاتصال الأخرى ،وهذا يرجع إلى أن لكل وسيلة اتصال مهام ووظائف تقوم بها ،كما أن للإنترانت دورا بالغا له أثر على خدمات المؤسسة ،إذ تساهم في حل المشكلات الفنية والإدارية بسرعة وتسهل ظروف العمل والاتصال الداخلي وتقديم خدمات متنوعة وجديدة ،وأيضا لها فعالية في المساعدة على توجيه وتصويب القرارات في مختلف المستويات داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة .

The study aimed to try to identify the extent of the use of the intranet technology within an organization unity state directorate of posts and ouargla and the impact on the service used .The problem of the study are as follows: How does the of the intranet to serve in the economic organization?The study is part of a descriptive studies , and in order to achieve the objectives of the study and the completion of the practical side has used the survey method analytical , and was gathering Information depending on the two tools of observation and form questionnaire , where the sample was in the 40 single of the total study population inventory in a deliberate way intentional represented in workers unity state directorate of posts and ouargla , the study has resulted in a set of results is as follows : The intranet essential in the exchange of information and data from networks technology, an active ingredient which has an impact on the services of the institution ,as they network offers solutions is not limited to the effort in the organization to reconcile workflow and improve services on the one hand , and communication channels on the other hand to develop the work environment and make it more effective ,their use within the institution has a positive and a negative effect , although there are obstacles interspersed they contributed to the submission of the results accurately, Intranet technology and is one of the modern techniques employed by a companies mainly ones economic existing institution results confirm that appeared on the use of the intranet at work did not entirely eliminate the role of other communication techniques , and the is due to that each way task and function carried out by the network , as the Intranet great role an impact on the services of the institution, as contributing to the solution of technical and administrative problems quickly and make it easier to work and internal communication conditions , and provide a variety of new service , as well as its effectiveness in helping to guide and correct decisions at various levels within the organization under study.
