Abstract

Les sociétés multinationales sont un groupe de sociétés commerciales liées économiquement et juridiquement, elles se composent de la société mère et du groupe de sociétés nouvelles qui ont été fondé conformément aux réglementations juridiques nationales des territoires des pays sur lesquelles les opérations d’investissement sont exercées, et que chaque société prend généralement la forme de «société par action» pour chacune diffère par sa personnalité juridique dépendante et scindée.
