ظاهرة العنف في المؤسسة التربوية الجزائرية دراسة ميدانية بمتقنة العلامة الشيخ عبد القادر الياجوري بقمار ولاية الوادي

Abstract

إن الدراسة الراهنة تتمحور حول موضوع العنف المدرسي الذي يكتسي أهمية بالغة في الميدان التربوي، وعليه فقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لتثير إشكالية محددة تدور حول تساؤل رئيسي هو : - ماهي العوامل المدرسية التي تؤدي إلى العنف المدرسي كما إحتوت الدراسة على فرضية رئيسية هي: - إن طبيعة تفاعلات التلميذ في الصف الدراسي وعلاقته بالوسط المدرسي تؤدي إلى العنف المدرسي . بالإضافة إلى فرضيتين جزئيتين هما : 1 – إن طبيعة تفاعلات التلميذ في الصف الدراسي تؤدي إلى العنف المدرسي . 2 – إن طبيعة تفاعلات التلميذ بالوسط المدرسي تؤدي إلى العنف المدرسي . و تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع ظاهرة العنف و أبعادها في المؤسسة التربوية الجزائرية و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم تحديد المجالات الثلاثة للدراسة ،و المنهج المستخدم حيث طبق المنهج الوصفي ، و قد استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من أدوات جمع البيانات ، أما العينة فقد كانت عينة قصدية تحتوي على 48 عينة و وزعت عليهم صحيفة الإستبيان وبعد عرض وتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها من خلال أسئلة الإستمارة تم تحقيق وتأكيد فروض الدراسة .

The current study focused on the subject of school violence, which is of great significance in the field of education, and it has come to this study raises a specific problem revolves around the key question is: - What are the school factors that lead to school violence The study also contained a major premise is: - The nature of the interactions of the student in the classroom and its relationship to the school in rural lead to school violence. In addition to the two assumptions Dziatin namely: 1 - The nature of the interactions of the student in the classroom lead to school violence. 2 - The nature of the interactions pupil school in rural lead to school violence. The study aims to identify the reality of the phenomenon of violence and its dimensions in the Algerian educational institution and to achieve this goal has been to identify three areas of study, and the user approach where the dish descriptive approach, and may study used a range of data collection tools, and the sample was sample was intentional contain 48 sample and questionnaire have been distributed newspaper after the presentation and analysis of data collected through the form questions have been achieved and confirm the hypothesis of the study.
