Abstract

The study aimed to focus on the recent reforms undertaken by the Maghreb States system reform of higher education, so as to be able to achieve the fundamental role of achieving local development, also highlight the study highlighted the efforts undertaken by the governments of Arab Maghreb countries to integrate the holders of higher certificates and graduates of higher education institutions in the labor market and the alleviation of unemployment affecting this category in particular.
