وموضوعية ذات أحكام خاصة .
وفــي هــذا الصــدد نجــد أنــه أضــاف حــالات جديــدة فــي مجــال الإســتعجال الإداري بــنص القــانون التــي وســعت مــن
ســـلطات وصـــلاحيات قاضـــي الأمـــور المســـتعجلة فـــي المـــواد الإدار يـــة ، كمـــا انـــه قيـــد هـــذه الســـلطات الممنوحـــة
للقاضي بشروط موضوعية كعدم المساس بأصل الح .ق

L'urgence de costume dans la gestion matérielle des affaires administratives accordées par
