Within this graduation memoir, we have calculated the percentage of elements in a solid sample of Mars planet. -Supposed that its composition is unknown- by using the laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS). We analyzed the experimental spectrum which derived from the sublimation of the plasma. In order to get accurate results, we have submitted the experimental spectrum to a detailed study; by using a numeric programme (Fortron) which revealed to us the theoretical spectrums based on data base of atomic physics. Through the comparison and conformation of experimental and theoretical spectrums by the calculation of intensity which correspond the radiant atoms concentration. We have got good results to compose a sample of Martian rocks with the following percentage: (Mg 2.96 % Al 19.1%, Fe 6.8%, Si 71%)-
