I my study, I have prepared the layers of pure zinc oxide (ZnO) and mixed with nickel (Ni) with rates of (0%-5%), by using the method of spray pyrolysis on a glass supports at a temperature f (3750)degree and a spray rate of (5-6 ml/min), and the concentration of all the solutions used in the study were equal to (0.5M), the aim of our study is to study the impact of this mixture between (ZnO and Ni ) on the optical and structural characteristics, have in order to improve the quality of this prepared layers, where we used two methods for analyzing the samples. The Optical characteristics were identified by spectroscopy (UV-Vis) in the range between (300 and 900 nm) which showed that the transparency of the samples ranged between 91% and 78% in the visible field, wile the energy interval is ranged between ( 3.24 – 3.28ev), and Auerbach Energy is diminished the increas the mixed and we may or can also deduce the thickness of the by layers during thrugh this spectroscopy, and infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) which has shown that the links (Zn-O) has a vibration stretching within the limits (430-565 cm-1) while the link of (Ni-O) is a link relation of vibration in the limit of (473 cm-1).en_US
