Abstract

إن الهدف من دراستنا هذه هو التعرف على نظام مراقبة التسيير ،وفي هذه الحال ما مدى علاقته بعمليات اتخاذ القرارات ولهذا الغرض اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وكعينة اخترنا عينة قصدية تمثلت في موظفي قسم مراقبة التسيير وقسم التدقيق في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر، والبالغ عددهم 27 موظف. واعتمدنا في لجمع المعلومات على أداة الإستبيان والمقابلة حيث تم تحليل إستمارات الإستبيان المسترجعة باستخدام برنامج SPSS وتحليل النتائج المتوصل إليها. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسة محل الدراسة تعتمد على نظام مراقبة التسيير وأيضا إلى وجود علاقة قوية موجبة بين نظام مراقبة التسيير وعمليات اتخاذ القرار.

The aim of this study is to identify the Steering control system, in this case, what the extent of his relationship with decision-making processes and for this purpose we follow the descriptive analytical method and sample chose intentional sample represented in the Steering control department staff and department audit in Algeria Telecom Foundation, totaling 27 employees. We have adopted in the information-gathering tool to the questionnaire and interview questionnaires were retrieved using the SPSS program and analysis of the results obtained to analyze. The study concluded that the Foundation relies on Steering control system and also to the existence of a strong positive relationship between the control system and management decision-making processes
