The nature of literary writing in general, including writing fiction in particular, rests on a linguist luggage that is considered, in turn, an outcome of textual accumulations. It requires diverse background knowledge that is relatively related to religion, history, literature and mythology. The success and depth of this momentum will inevitably lead to dismantle and remove the guise and ambiguity from the text, owing to the fact that any semantic hindrance between the main sides (writer / reader) will often interrupt the communicative operation and freeze Readability especially in literary works that are rich with exaggerations, heritage and thought...etc. Thus, the present study will spot the light on the Quranic discourse and the extent to which the trend of Sufism as well as Prophets stories appear as aspects of religious Intertextuality in the novel of Tahar Ouattar ‘The Saint Attaher raising his hands to supplicate’; highlighting the mechanisms of functioning of these quotations and their aesthetics presence in parallel with the artistic taste of the reader and its distinct terms of reference.en_US
