Abstract

تعالج الدراسة تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات الجزائرية لتحسين جودة خدمات التعليم العالي، وتهدف بذلك إلى التعرف على درجة التزام الجامعات الجزائرية بمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة ودرجة توفر متطلبات تطبيقها فيها وفقا لآراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس، والمقارنة بين هذه الآراء تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، والعمر، والجامعة، وسنوات الخبرة في التدريس، والرتبة العلمية؛ من خلال استبيان أعدّ لهذا الغرض. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - إمكانية تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة متاحة في الجامعات الجزائرية إذا ما أريد ذلك على أن يتم دعم توفير المتطلبات بدرجة أكبر. - هناك بعض الممارسات لمفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة في الجامعات الجزائرية مما يسهل عملية البدء بتطبيقه فيها.

The study dealt with the application of total quality management in the Algerian universities to improve the quality of higher education services, it aims to identify the degree of Algerian universities commitment to the principles of total quality management and the degree of application availability and according to the opinions of the teaching staff; and the comparison between these views depending on the variables of sex, age, the university, years of teaching, the scientific rank; through a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. This study reached several conclusions, including: - The possibility of application of total quality management are available in Algerian universities if the provision of requirements are supported even further. - There are some practices of the concept of total quality management in the Algerian universities, making it easier to start the process of its implementation.
