This study, conducted in the operation of the technical institutes of agriculture development Saharan (ITDAS) Hassi Ben Abdallah, was founded in 1978, focuses on the diagnosis of the degree of soil pollution from nitrate by the use of pesticides and fertilizers in the last ten years. The results of physicochemical analyzes allowed us to conclude that given the soil sandy texture with a percentage of 98 % sand , the concentrations of NO3 ions ranging from 11.2 mg / kg to 169.05 mg / kg level different sample points compared to the witness. In general, we do not talk of soil pollution by NO3- -) because are nutrients for plants and micro-organisms in the soil, part of which focuses soil is the rest infiltrates the groundwater. On the other hand, requires that the use of pesticides and fertilizers is rational and logical to protect the floor. The majority of these elements seep to reach ground water which leads us to wonder about their future within the layers.en_US
