Abstract: This research aims to highlight the impact of the organizational dimension of the culture on the implementation of the strategy in the enterprise, which can appear in the form of a relationship between organizational structure and performance within the organization, through on the concept of organizational culture and its dimensions, access to the organizational structure and its components and as well as the strategic concept and how it formed. In order to more expansion in this research we have conducted a field study on a group of Algerian industrial medium institutions, where they were dropped the theoretical side on the practical side, in order to highlight the role of the impact of the regulatory dimension of culture on the implementation of the strategy, then get out the necessary results and recommendations.
