Typologie de parcours des jeunes diplômés de la formation professionnelle de la Wilaya d’Alger - Une étude sur données Longitudinales

Abstract

This paper evaluates, from data collected from the survey 2014 of "CERPEQ", the efficiency of public integration measures for young graduates in the city of Algiers, focusing on the analysis between the different courses of these graduates in the labor market. A multinomial logit allow identifying the most penalizing factors in terms of integration. We can know whether it is the predetermined individual characteristics (gender, specialty, age, type of formation ...) explaining mainly the difficulties of insertion, or if it is the near past of the individual, as the repetition episode of unemployment and precarious employment. The typologies course call into question the relevance of public integration measures for these young graduates
