dc.description.abstractThe study aims at measuring the impact of e-management in achieving competitive advantages of four clearance companies in Jordan. Results of the study indicate that there is a significant impact of human resources on innovation and renewal. But, there is no significant impact of electronic devices and electronic programs on innovation and renewal. There is a significant impact of human resources and electronic devices on quality. However, there is no significant impact of electronic programs on quality. There is a significant impact of human resources and electronic programs on speed of service. But, there is no significant impact of electronic devices on speed of service in clearance companies.en_US
