The banking and financial sector is the most important frontage mirroring the state of affairs of any country’s economy. Banks are the principal actor in this sector; as far as they are the main channel for the various financial flows resulting from economic activities. However, as banks are profitable businesses, they are rather targeting the attraction, the largest possible number, of savers and economic operators, so they develop and expand their activities through various banking operations and services provided to customers, which could ensure to the banks the truncation of the largest possible share in the financial market. Such a situation is not without a competitive trend among banks and financial institutions, although the later must, whatever the context, respect banking laws and the principle of free competitionen_US
