dc.description.abstract | The present study aims at recognizing the educational factors, which cause the educational waste in the secondary school, according to the point of view of the teaching staff. To achieve the aims of the study a questionnaire consisted of 30 items was used; distributed into 4 dimensions; was applied on a random sample of 102 teachers. The results showed: - The educational factors are the most important reasons that cause the phenomenon of the educational waste among the students of secondary school. - The educational factors related to the curriculum are also the main reasons that cause the educational waste, then factors related to the teachers; to the school administration; and finally those related to the educational guidance. -There are no statistically significant differences due to sex, whereas there are statistically significant differences due to the years of experience in the favor of those who have more experience. | en_US |
