Abstract

Tourism and travel agency civil liability is characterized by the fact that it constitutes a double liability resulting from any failure by the agency to meet its obligations towards a tourist, either a legal or contractual liability. To that effect, the agency shall report its personal failure, for each damage incurred by tourist during collective touring trips as well as for bad organization, on one hand, and on the other hand, for decennial responsibility resulting in connection with third parties contractors helping it to execute the trip program, as well as the nature of the role it plays in organizing touring trips. The purpose of this study is the extent of civil liability of touring and traveling agency.
