Abstract

International security organizations, in general, are a key factor for the localization of capital in host countries, through compensation for the covered risks that the investor has been exposed to. All this is done according to rules and limitations, which differ vis a vis the organizing rules of these bodies through enshrining contractual legal mechanisms based on the comprehensiveness of insurance for various categories of investors , and extension to various realized investment patterns of economic integration of the contracting States, besides through the discretion of the insurance entities in providing guarantees for preferential investments priority in insurance contracts, implies the need for adapting the rules of the investment law for the host country, and how far is the national legislation adoption for the governments’ rules in line with those priorities
