النظام القانوني لتمثيل المرأة في المجالس المنتخبة

Abstract

إن التطور الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي وتحرر المرأة من مظاهر التعسف والعبودية وارتقاء فكرها وتحررها واندماجها في المجتمع وقصد المساواة بينها وبين الرجل كان من الضروري تواجدها في دواليب السلطة حتى لا يكون التسيير حكر على الرجال دون غيرهم ، جاء الاهتمام بالمرأة لإقحامها داخل سلطة القرار وفقا بالمواثيق والقوانين التي كرست حق المرأة في التواجد بجانب الرجل في محطات اتخاذ القرارات الاجتماعية والسياسية والاقتصادية وأن لا يكون تمييز بين الجنسين وهذا هو محل دراستنا وفقا للقانون العضوي رقم 12/03 المؤرخ في18 صفر1433ه لموافق ب12/01/2012م بتجسيد تواجد المرأة داخل المجالس المنتخبة ’évolution sociale, économique et politique, voire émancipations de la femme des phénomènes de injustice et de l’esclavage à l’augmentation de ses pensées sa réflexion sa liberté et son intégration dans la société à l’intention de son égalité à l’homme.
