Abstract

هدفت درستنا الحالية الي الكشف عن وجود علاقة بين استخدام الهاتف الذكي والاغتراب الوظيفي في المؤسسات العمومية وهذا ما حاولنا الاجابة عنه من خلال التساؤل الرئيسي والتساؤلات الفرعية: التساؤل العام:  هل توجد علاقة بين استخدام الهاتف الذكي والاغتراب الوظيفي في المؤسسات العمومية ؟ المنهج المستخدم :اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. العينة: كانت عينة دراستنا هي موظفي بلدية الزاوية العابدية بتقرت والبالغ عددهم (50) موظف من العدد الاجمالي والذين يحملون الهاتف الذكي حيث كانت العينة عشوائية. أداة الدراسة: اعتمدنا في دراستنا على أداتين (الملاحظة والاستبيان ) حيث يحتوي الاستبيان على( 20) سؤال موزعة على ثلاث محاور رئيسية. النتائج المتوصل اليها: _ الوقت الذي يقضيه الموظف في استخدام الهاتف الذكي يؤثر على أوقات العمل. _ الهروب من ضغوطات العمل يؤدي بالموظفين إلى الاستخدام المفرط للهاتف الذكي أثناء العمل . _المواصفات التقنية الجذابة في الهاتف الذكي تستهوي الموظف لكثرة استخدامه

Our current study aimed to reveal the existence of a relationship between the use of smart phone and expatriate career in public institutions and this is what we answered by the main question and sub-questions The general question: Is there a relationship between smart phone use and career alienation in public institutions? Methodology: In our study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach. Sample: Our sample was the employees of Al-Zawia Municipality in Taqrat (50) of the total number who carry the smart phone where the sample is random. Study Tool: We relied on two tools (observation and questionnaire). The questionnaire contains 20 questions divided into three main axes. Results _The time spent by the employee in the use of the smartphone affects the working hours. Avoiding work pressures leads to excessive use of the smartphone while working. The attractive technical specifications of the smartphone appeal to the employee for his or her extensive use.
