dc.description.abstract | X-ray diffraction in crystals is one of the most important methods in the study of crystalline structures, but the presence of errors leads to great difficulties in determining the correct structure, especially when we look for cristal's properties, such as the size of granules. In this work, we studied the X-ray diffraction spectrum in the crystals and tried to measure the size of the cristalites particles. We identified the errors that affect the calculations in all phases of the diffraction spectrum analysis, in order to limit the values of the error function, which we tried to express mathematically through the use of programming Mechanism and compare them with experimental results. We have also seen that supplementary studies are necessary, especially in the case of unknown structures. | en_US |
