صورة الجسم لدى المرأة المتعرضة لحروق جسدية دراسة عيادية لخمس حالات بمستشفى الجيلالي بونعامة ب الدويرة

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على صورة الجسم لدى عينة من النساء المصابات بحروق جسدية وهذا نظرا لصعوبة الإصابة سواء من الجانب الجسمي ، أو من الجانب النفسي وما يترتب عنها من تشوهات تنعكس على الصورة الجسمية خاصة لدى النساء، لهذا جاءت الدراسة الحالية للتعرف على طبيعة الصورة الجسمية لدى النساء المتعرضات للحروق وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤلات : - ما طبيعة صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بحروق جسدية؟ - ما مستوى التشوه في صورة الجسم لدى النساء المصابات بحروق جسدية (حسب متغير السن،درجةالحروق،المدة)؟ - و على ضوء التساؤلات السابقة قمنا بوضع الفرضيات التالية: - تمتلك النساء المتعرضات لحروق جسدية نظرة مشوهة وصورة سلبية عن الجسم . - تعاني النساء المصابات بحروق جسدية مستوى عال في درجة تشوه صورة الجسم تبعا لمتغير( السن،درجةالحروق،المدة). - وقد اتبعنا المنهج العيادي على عينة مكونة من خمسة نساء مصابات بحروق جسدية والتي تم الحصول عليها من مستشفى الدويرة بالجزائر العاصمة.اعتمدنا على مقياس صورة الجسم المعد من طرف محمد النوبي (2010)و المعدل من طرف بريالة (2013)، وعلى المقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة، واختبار رسم الشخص لكرين ماكوفر(1949). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : - تمتلك النساء المتعرضات لحروق جسدية صورة سلبية ونظرة مشوهة عن الجسم. - لا تعاني النساء المصابات بحروق جسدية من مستوى عال في درجة تشوه صورة الجسم تبعا لمتغير(السن،درجةالحروق،المدة).

The current study focuses on the body's image that women suffering from a burn injury have In fact, beyond the physical scars, there is a pain, an emotional trauma and a body image distress . To expand on this subject ,we need to ask the following questions: - What is the body image have women with a burn injury? -How is the body image distress of such women according to variables of (Age, burn severity and healing time length)? To enlighten these question, we set following hypotheses: -Women with burn injury have a negative and distorted body image . -Women with burn injury are suffering from an overwhelming body image distress according to variables of(Age, burn severity and healing time length). In order to perform these hypotheses in concrete terms, we follow the clinical method having as subjects research five(05)women suffering from burn injury admitted within the hospital of Douera in Algeria and we adopt the body image scale elaborate by Mohamed Noubi (2010)and amended by Assia ABAZA (2013)as well as the semi structured interview along with the personality projection of Karen MACHOVER. Hens, the study leads to following results: -Women with burn injury have negative and distorted body image. -Women with burn injury are not suffering from an overwhelming body image distress according to variables of( age ,severity and healing time length).
