Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العوامل المؤثرة على شركات المساهمة في عينة من المؤسسات بمدينة تقرت، استخدمت الطالبة الاستبانة لجمع المعلومات ، واقتصرت عملية التوزيع عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة العشوائية بسيطة، بحيث بلغت تعدادها ) 43 (، وتم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق استخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية Spss23) ( بالاعتماد على المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحرافات المعيارية،حيث بلغت القوة التفسيرية بين العوامل وسياسة توزيع الأرباح ) 876.0 ( النسب المئوية، خلصت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أن توجد علاقة بين حجم السيولة قرار توزيع الأرباح و توجد علاقة بين رغبات المساهمين وقرار توزيع الأرباح ومنه رغبات المساهمين، كما أيضا توجد علاقة بين الحاجة للتوسع والاستثمار وقرار توزيع الأرباح 7

This study aims at identifying the factors affecting the joint stock companies in a sample of institutions in the city Of Touggourt. We use the questionnaire to gather information from 34 participants that are randomly selected sampling. We use the statistical package for social sciences (Spss23) to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires are analyzed using the statistical package for social sciences (Spss23) that is based on arithmetical averages, standard deviations، where the explanatory power between the factors and the profit distribution policy (0.678). The study gives at a number of results of which the most important: The statistical relationship between money and the factors influencing the decision to distribute profits، The relationship between the wishes of shareholders and factors affecting the decision to distribute profits, such as the wishes of shareholders, The relationship between the need for expansion and investment on the one hand; and the factors influencing the decision to distribute profits on the other
