dc.description.abstract | Dans notre travail s'intéresse de faire un screening de la majorité des métabolites secondaires pour l'Atriplx halimus L. de la famille Chénopodiaceae et Farsétia aegyptia turra de la famille Brassecaceae. Deux méthodes d'extractions différentes sont appliqués pour les deux plans, en utilisant les solvants de polarité croissante. Une étude électrochimique est appliqué sur l'extrait le plus polaire pour les deux plantes. Abstract: In our work we intersected to do a screening of secondary metabolites for Atrilex halimus L. belongs from Chenopodiaceae family and Farsetia aegyptia turra L. belongs from Brassecaceae family. Two different methods of extractions are applied for the two plants, using an increasing polarity solvent. An electrochemical study is applied for the most polar extract for the two plants. | en_US |
