Evaluation of E-Government application experience in Algeria

Abstract

Electronic management represents a cultural shift and cultural communities, where expands its influence to include all political, economic and social aspects, so rapid assessment it would not give an indication of the success of these projects only after the expiry of a sufficient period of time, so it should not be the focus when making such an assessment on the ambitious goals, but the focus is on continuous improvement in management performance, this study aims to theoretical background to the concept of egovernment dealt with through the preface to learn about the availability requirements of physical and human capabilities and the readiness of some state parties to accommodate the application of the concept of e-government, with reference to the Ministry of Interior model and local groups in the Algerian electronic administration application
