The national law of any country can be specialist if there exists a conflict caused by an issue with relation to elements of national concern. However if there is a foreign issue, particular issue of international regulation, then the jurisdictional issue becomes subject to more than a jurisdiction of one country. Far from the conflicting laws, where legislations have found bases for rules of international interest, these are incorporated in the domestic laws to set the law to be applied in the conflicts of foreign issue. The conflict of international jurisdiction does not get judicial bases of international nature to specify the skilled judicial authority. However world scholars and jurists have found a set of ways to deal with private matters of international interest mainly in: home jurisdiction, the three judicial principles, jurisdiction with nationality basis.en_US
