dc.description.abstractلدراسدة الفدروين بدين ااموعدة التيريبیدة والضدابطة علد أسداس التفاعدل ) Two Way ANCOVA ( - This study aimed to know the effect of the guided discovery style in Development of Reflective thinking and learning motivation toward lessons of physical and sports education at secondary school students,The Study also aimed at revealing the effect of this Teaching style according to the sports activities external practice factor . The study was conducted in a secondary school From Ouargla City. The study sample consisted of (71) students distributed in Two Classrooms. They were randomly assigned to two groups ; The experimental group (36) students were taught using the guided discovery style ; The control group (35) students were taught using traditional teaching style.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, an experimental method with quasi-experimental design is used. The study data were collected using two tools : The scale of learning motivation toward lessons of physical and sports education which consisted of (30) items has been built by the student; and the second tool is a measure of reflective thinking in lessons of physical and sports education adapted by the student, both tools were used before manipulation and after manipulation of experimental variable (guided discovery style) which lasted for (6) successive weeks.To procces the data collected, and in order to test the hypotheses of the study has been the use of analysis of covariance has been used (ANCOVA) to measure the differences between the experimental group and the control group in learning motivation and reflective thinking,And two-way analysis of covariance ( Two Way ANCOVA ) to study the differences between the experimental group and the control group on the basis of the interaction between the teaching style and the external practice sports activities factor. The study results showed That the guided discovery style led to the development of Reflective thinking and learning motivation toward lessons of physical and sports education in the study sample, Non-interaction between the teaching style and sports activities external practice factor in developing of réflective Thinking, Interaction between the teaching style and sports activities external practice factor in developing of learning motivation in the sample’s study.en_US
