Mise En Valeur Des Huiles De Tournesol

Abstract

Le présent travail traite la mise en valeur des huiles de tournesol sur le plan développement durable par comparaison technico-économique entre ce dernier et l’huile d’olive cas réel celui de la région d’Oud-Souf . L’étude technico-économique a montré que l’huile le tournesol obtenue est économiquement rentable par rapport à l’huile olive, dans un hectare de récolte.

This work deals with the development of sunflower oil on Sustainable Development Plan for technical and economic comparison between it and the olive real case that of the Oud-Souf region oil. The techno-economic study showed that sunflower oil is obtained economically viable compared to the olive oil in a hectare of crop.

هذا العمل يتناول التنمية من زيت عباد الشمس في خطة التنمية المستدامة للمقارنة الفنية والاقتصادية بينها وبين الحالة الحقيقية زيت الزيتون الذي من منطقة واد-سوف. وأظهرت الدراسة الفنية والاقتصادية أن زيت عباد الشمس يتم الحصول مجدية اقتصاديا مقارنة مع زيت الزيتون في الهكتار من المحاصيل
