أثر تطبيق نظم المعلومات على تنافسية البنوك التجارية دراسة مقارنة بين بنكي AGB وBDL ورقلة

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تطبيق نظم المعلومات في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. من خلال البنوك عينة الدراسة لولاية ورقلة وتشمل بنك خليج الجزائر AGB و بنك التنمية المحلية BDL. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبيان حيث عدد مفردات العينة 160 موزعة على العملاء والعمال البنك محل الدراسة وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة استخدمنا البرنامج الإحصائي بغرض تحليل نتائج الدراسة . وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة أن هناك ضعف وفي بعض الأحيان فقدان لثقافة المعلوماتية للزبائن الشئ الذي أدى إلى عدم الوصول إلى الغاية المنشودة من طرف نظام المعلومات البنكي مع العلم أن هناك تطبيق جيد لنظم المعلومات .

The aim of this study is to identify the role of applying the information systems in achieving competitive edge. This manuscript is based on the study of two banks: The Golf Bank of Algeria(AGB) and the Local Development Bank of Ouargla (LDB), as samples. To achieve our objectives, a survey was designed, in which the number of samples was 160 items, distributed to both sample’s customers and employees. To satisfy our study inquiries we used a statistical program to analyse the reached results. The results show that there is a weakness and in some cases lack of Informatics Culture among customers، which led to non-desired goals of the banking information systems though there is a good application of information systems.
