قياس الأداء المالي لمؤسسة أليانس للتأمينات قبل وبعد دخولها لبورصة الجزائر خلال الفترة (2009-2017

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة قياس الأداء المالي لمؤسسة أليانس للتأمينات الجزائرية خلال الفترة من 2009 إلى2017 وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من المؤشرات المالية المعتمدة في تقييم الأداء المالي، وذلك بهدف معرفة التغير الحاصل في مؤشرات الأداء المالي قبل الدخول إلى البورصة مقارنة مع مستوى أدائها المالي بعد الدخول إلى البورصة ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخراج متوسط المؤشرات المالية المستخدمة في التقييم للفترة 2009 الى 2010 أي قبل دخولها لسوق المال كما تم استخراج المتوسط للمؤشرات ذاتها للفترة 2011 الى 2017 أي بعد الدخول للبورصة تم تمت المقارنة بين المتوسطات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسة أليانس شهدت تدهور بعد الدخول إلى البورصة في كل من الأداء الربحي والسيولة، وفي المقابل تحسنت في مستوى مديونيتها
