Abstract

يتمحور بحثنا هذا حول مفهوم الديمقراطية عند كارل بوبر ، حيث يعد من أنصار الديمقراطية في الحقبة المعاصرة . ويعرف كارل بوبر الديمقراطية على النقيض من الديكتاتورية أو الاستبداد ، فهي عنده تعني إقامة حكومة دون إراقة دماء على عكس الديمقراطية الأثينية ،فالديمقراطية عنده تدعو إلى حرية التعبير كأساس هام من أسس الديمقراطية ، وهي ترفض كل حكم يسمى بالديكتاتورية ، كما أنها تسعى لتحقيق الأمن والاستقرار في الدولة
