أثر الأقليات على التكتلات الوحدوية الإتحاد الأوروبي أنموذجا 2008/2017

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر الأقليات على التكتلات الوحدوية متخذة من الإتحاد الأوروبي أنموذجا للفترة الممتدة بين 2008-2017 ،إذ انطلقت من الإشكالية الرئيسية التالية : "إلي أي مدى أثرت النزعات الإنفصالية التي تشهدها الدول الأوروبية على استقرار واستمرارية التكامل الأوروبي؟". و افترضنا أن :"في ظل الأزمات التي تشهدها أوروبا سواءا سياسية أو إقتصادية أو إجتماعية و حتى ثقافية أصبح للأقليات أثرا سلبيا على إستقرار و إستمرارية الإتحاد الأوروبي." منتهجين للتأكد من مدى صحتها ،كل من المنهج الوصفي ،و المنهج التاريخي ،والمنهج الجيوبوليتيكي ،و المنهج المؤسسي ،و منهج دراسة حالة ،و المنهج الإحصائي ،و منهج التحليل الفئوي و المنهج التنبؤي"المقاربة الإحتمالية". و خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأقليات بإختلاف أنواعها لا تعتبر نفسها جزءا من المجتمعات الأوروبية،لها حقوقها،وواجباتها بل تشعر بالتمييز ،و العنصرية ،وهضم للحقوق الدستورية،و القانونية ،وكذا الأزمات التي تشهدها الدول الأوروبية سواءا إقتصادية ،أو سياسية ،أو إجتماعية .

This study examines the impact of minorities on unitary coalitions adopted by the European Union as a model for the period 2008-2017. It is based on the following main issue: "To what extent did the separatist tendencies in European countries affect the stability and continuity of European integration?" We assumed that "in the midst of crises in Europe, whether political, economic, social or even cultural, minorities have a negative impact on the stability and continuity of the European Union." The study found that minorities of different types do not regard themselves as part of European societies.
