dc.description.abstractLe lait de chamelle, malgré sa richesse et sa production non négligeable demeure un produit relativement peu consommé et peu transformé, car tré chére.Dans le but d’améliorer la production laitière cameline, certains éleveurs pratiquent depuis peu de temps un élevage semi-intensif (semi-stabulation / introduction d’une alimentation« artificielle »).par rapport d’elvage extensif. L’objectif de la présente étude visait l’influence de chengement de systéme d’elvage sur quelques paramètres physico-chimiques et biochimiques caractérisant les productions laitières camelines. Des modifications touchant le taux de la matière sèche totale (133.30±20.007g/l, 122.88±0.000g/l) lelactose (56.83±0.000g/l, 52.4±0.000g/l) extensif et semiintensif respectivement la conductivité électrique(7.11±1.017g/l,6.09±0.000g/l), le taux de matière grasse(97.72±12.369g/l,69.59±0.000g/l) , et de vitamine C (25.92±4.949mg/l,19.97±0.000mg/l) qui deviennent moins importants dans le système d’élevage semi-intensif ont été relevés. En revanche, Les teneurs en protéines totals (35.1±0.000g/l, 36.6±0.000g/l), les taux de cendres (5±0.145g/l, 8.8±0.000g/l)et l’acidité titrabledevient (18.78±2.792 °D , 20.22±0.000°D) plus importante. dc.description.abstractيعتبر حليب الإبل بالرغم من غناه وإنتاجه المعتبرين إلا انه لا يزال قليل الاستهلاك وقليل التحويل نسبيا لانه غالي الثمن , من اجل تحسين إنتاج حليب الإبل , أصبح بعض المربين يمارسون منذ وقت ليس بالبعيد تربية شبه مكثفة )شبه محصورة / إدخال أعلاف مصنعة ( على عكس التقليدية )الموسعة( والمعتمدة على الرعي ,استهدفت دراستنا تأثير التغير في طريقة تربية الجمال على بعض الخصائص الفيزوكيميائيةوالبيوكيميائية المميزة لإنتاجحليب الناقة. هده التغيرات مست على وجه الخصوص معدل المواد الصلبة الكلية (133.30±20.007g/l,122.88±0.000g/l) والدهون (97.72±12.369g/l,69.59±0.000g/l) ,الناقلية (7.11±1.017g/l,6.09±0.000) وتركيز اللاكتوز 56.83±0.000g/l,52.4±0.000g/l)( وفيتامين س 0.000mg/l) ± 4.949mg/l,19.97 ± (25.72. والتي أصبحت اقل أهمية في النظام شبه مكثف . فيحين ان محتوى البروتينات (35.1±0.000g/l, 36.6±0.000g/l) ومعدل الرماد (5±0.145g/l, 8.8±0.000g/l) , الحموضة الدورانية (18.78±2.792D, 20.22±0.000D) أصبح اكبر في هذه الأخيرة.-
