يتمحور موضوع الدراسة حول دوافع استخدام تقنية الماسنجر والاشباعات المحققة منه منخلالدراسةعينةمنمستخدميموقع "الماسنجر"من ثانوية عين اميناسولقدتمالاعتمادعلىأداةالاستبيانلجمعالبياناتمنالمبحوثين،حيثتمتقسيمالاستمارةإلىمحورين: المحورالأولعاداتوأنماطاستخدامتقنية "الماسنجر" لدىالمراهقين،والثانيالدوافعوالحاجاتالتيتكمنوراءاستخدام تقنية "الماسنجر"،وقدتوصلتالدراسةإلىمجموعةمنالنتائجأهمها: تقضيالنسبةالأكبرمنالمبحوثينأكثرمنثلاثساعاتفياستخدامتقنية "الماسنجر"،ويفضلأغلبهمخدمةالتعليقاتوالدردشةبالدرجةالأولى. يستخدمأغلبأفرادالعينةتقنية "الماسنجر" بدافعالتواصلمعالأهلوالأصدقاءإلىجانبالتثقيف،وقدبينتالنتائجأنهنالكفروقذاتدلالةإحصائيةبيناستخدامالذكوروالإناث.
