dc.description.abstract | The present paper aims at identifying the countries’ experiences in establishing the principles of governance to reduce financial and administrative corruption by extrapolating models of the contributions of developed and emerging countries as well as Arab countries in this field. A number of results have been reached the most important of them that the issue of governance has received great attention in developed countries, but the degree of this interest varied from state to state. And that the emerging countries have taken positive steps towards trying to apply governance and establish its principles, due to the financial crises that necessitated the activation of governance within their companies.
