Abstract

Optimiser c’est trouver un meilleur compromit entre les coûts, le délai et la qualité. Dans le domaine du génie civil l’optimisation commence dès la phase de conception jusqu'à la réalisation. Le présent projet portant sur le futur CFPA de HMD (nouvelle ville), consiste en l’optimisation des coûts de construction de ce centre, à travers une étude comparative sur la base des études préalablement élaboré par le bureau d’étude. La démarche adoptée pour mener a bien ce projet s’est effectuée en trois étapes : - La première phase consiste en l’examen de l’existant. Durant cette phase a partir des plans exécution, nous avons procéder a l’analyse de la conception structurale du bâtiment, en vu d’y tire des économies en terme de volume de béton armé. - La deuxième phase c’est d’améliorer la conception du bâtiment sans en modifier l’architecture. C’est ainsi qu’après un choix judicieux des différents éléments porteurs du bâtiment, nous sommes parvenus à diminuer le poids de la structure porteuse ; ensuite nous avons procédé à un dimensionnement des ouvrages à réaliser pour la mise en œuvre de la solution choisie afin de quantifier, le gain obtenu par optimisation de la solution initiale sur la base du métré quantitatif et des prix unitaires des matériaux à utiliser. - Et pour finir, nous avons fait une analyse globale du projet afin, d’identifier les causes qui ont contribué au non respect des délais initiaux d’exécution des travaux d’une part, et d’autre part , afin de proposer une organisation de chantier qui permettrait de livrer les ouvrages conformément aux prescriptions des clauses techniques particulières et à la satisfaction du maître d’ouvrage

Optimizing is finding a better compromise between costs, time and quality. In the field of civil engineering optimization starts from the design phase to completion. The present project on the future CFPA of HMD (new city), consists in the optimization of the construction costs of this center, through a comparative study on the basis of the studies previously elaborated by the design office. The approach taken to carry out this project was carried out in three stages: - The first phase consists of examining the existing one. During this phase from the execution plans, we proceed to the analysis of the structural design of the building, in order to draw savings in terms of volume of reinforced concrete. - The second phase is to improve the design of the building without modifying the architecture. Thus, after a judicious choice of the different load-bearing elements of the building, we managed to reduce the weight of the supporting structure; then we proceeded to a dimensioning of the works to be realized for the implementation of the chosen solution in order to quantify, the gain obtained by optimization of the initial solution on the basis of the quantitative quantity and the unit prices of the materials to be used. - And finally, we made a global analysis of the project in order to identify the causes that contributed to the non respect of the initial deadlines of execution of the work on the one hand, and on the other hand, to propose an organization construction site that would deliver the works in accordance with the requirements of the special technical clauses and to the satisfaction of the client.
