Abstract

ملخص الدراسة : حاولنا في هذا العمل المتواضع أن نسلط الضوء على مساهمات الدكتور حامد ربيع في النظرية السياسية بشكل عام، و ما تعلق بإسهاماته في نظرية الحرب النفسية وتأثيرها على منطقة الشرق الأوسط والدول العربية بشكل خاص ، لأن دارسة الدكتور حامد ربيع ضمن مؤلفه الحرب النفسية في الوطن العربي كانت بمثابة الأساس الذي تنطلق منه نظرية الحرب النفسية عند الدكتور حامد ربيع. وبذلك يمكن القول أن الدكتور حامد ربيع قد أسهم بشكل كبير، وقدم الأسس النظرية لتشكيل علم السياسية وفقا للمنظور العربي الإسلامي، في إطار نظرية سياسية معاصرة من وجهة نظر فكرية ذات أصول عربية إسلامية،وبذلك وضع حدا للتقليد الذي ساد بين المفكرين من ان هذه العلوم ذات صبغة غربية فقط و لا نجد لها في ثقافتنا وحضارتنا العربية الإسلامية أي امتداد. كما أن الدكتور ربيع حامد كذلك قد أصل لنظرية الحرب النفسية مبينا مفهومها وأسسها ووسائلها وأهدافها وكذا تأثيراتها على منطقة الشرق الأوسط والدول العربية، طبعا كل ذلك انطلاقا من وجهة نظره الفكرية ذات الخلفية العربية الإسلامية. /

Study Summary: In this humble work, we tried to highlight the contributions of Dr. Hamed Rabie in political theory in general and his contributions to the theory of psychological warfare and its impact on the Middle East and the Arab countries in particular. As the basis of the theory of psychological warfare when Dr. Hamed Rabie. Thus, it is possible to say that Dr. Hamed Rabie contributed greatly, and provided the theoretical foundations for the formation of political science according to the Arab-Islamic perspective, in the context of contemporary political theory from an intellectual point of view with Arab Islamic origins, thus ending the tradition among intellectuals that these sciences It is only Western and we do not find any extension in our Arab culture and civilization.
