الملخص باللغة العربية: تقدّم شركة سونلغاز الجزائر خدمة عمومية حيوية وسيادية في إنتاج الطاقة الكهربائية، وتعتمد عليها الدولة الجزائرية بشكل كبير، لكونها شركة وطنية عملاقة، تهتم بتحقيق هدف الاكتفاء الذاتي، وتحقيق خدمة عمومية للمستهلك والأسرة الجزائرية، فالمواطن الجزائري يتمتع بخدمة الكهرباء وهو لا يدرك أنّها سلسلة من التصنيع والإنتاجية المكلفة التي تقتضي تعاونه في سداد حق الخدمة، لأنّ الطاقة الكهربائية غير قابلة للتخزين طويل الأجل، وتقتضي تعاون المواطن والأسرة من أجل دعم الشركة المنتجة للطاقة الكهربائية وتطويرها. ومن جهتها على الدولة أن تقوم بتطوير الاستثمار المحلي والأجنبي، عبر آليات الشراكة والتعاون، من أجل تحقيق دولة الرفاه. // .
