اتجاهات أساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة التدريس

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على طبيعة اتجاهات اساتذة معهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية نحو مهنة التدريس وكدالك معرفة ادا كان هناك فروق بين اتجاهات الاساتذة نحو مهنة التدريس . واستخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي لدراسة الموضوع واعتمدنا على الاساليب الاحصائية المتمثلة في كل من المتوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والنسبة المئوية ومعامل الارتباط سبرمان . وشملت عينة الدراسة على 22استاد بمعهد الرياضية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة . واعتمدنا في دراستنا على مقياس اتجاهات المعلمين نحو مهنة التدريس "لعنايات زكي يوسف" الدي يتكون من 42عبارة مقسمة الى 5محاور ؛ وتوصلنا الى عدم وجود فروق بين اتجاهات الاساتذة نحو مهنة التدريس

The study aimed to identify the nature of the Institute of Science professors and techniques of physical and sports activities, attitudes towards the teaching profession and also to see if there was a differences between the teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession. The researchers used the descriptive approach to the study of the subject and we relied on statistical methods of each of the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and the percentage correlation coefficient Sberman. The study sample included 22 sports stadium at the Institute kasdi merbah Ouargla University. And we have adopted in our study on teachers 'attitudes towards the teaching profession scale "to Inayat Zaki Yusuf" My dad is composed of 42 words divided into 5 axes; and we came to the absence of .differences between the teachers' attitudes towards the teaching profession
