الباردة والساخنة لجوزة الطيب بتراكيز مختلفة(0،20،25و30)٪على النشاطالمضاد لثلاثةفطرياتochraceusA،A. niger،A. terreus.
terreusبنسبة60.25%وA. nigerبنسبة40.16%.
Ces substances jouent un rôle déterminant dans l’activité antifongique The study of the antifungal activity of "cold" and "hot" water extracts of nutmeg on some of the fungus contaminated with stored steel wheat. This work is based on the activity of cold and hot water extracts of nutmeg seeds against some fungi and their contaminated toxins for solid wheat stored for use as a food preservative after the preparation of cold and hot water extracts. The results obtained were that the yield of the hot water extract was more effective than the cold extract. While the cold water extract was estimated at 27.32%. The cold and hot water extracts of nutmeg were evaluated with different concentrations (0, 20, 25 and 30%) on the activity of 3 fungus A. ochraceus, A. niger, A. terreus. The most sensitive species were A. ochraceus. With a maximum concentration of 30% with a growth inhibitor of 80.33% followed by A. terreus by 60.25% and A. niger by 40.16%. Our work also focused on studying the chemical test to identify the chemical compounds found in the cold and hot water extract of the plant Nutmeg, where the presence of each of the following compounds: Clavids, flavonoids, dragons, steroids, soap and absence of anthocyanins, alkaloids. These substances play a crucial role in antifungal activity. |
