dc.description.abstractThe study aimed at identifying the level of Psychological hardness in its three dimensions: commitment, control and challenge among the students of the final sections and the detection of gender differences in the level of hardness as well as the differences between the repeaters students and the non-repeaters in the level of hardness. The sample of the study (330) students from the final sections distributed in scientific disciplines and literature secondary TalbiSadek in Laghouat , the study adopted a psychological hardness questionnaire prepared by ImadMukhaimar and his adapted by (BachirMaameria) on the Algerian environment and has been verified the validity and reliability of data collection tool . After the data collection was processed by statistical methods,and the results of the study concluded that the study sample has a high level of psychological hardness, there are gender differences in the level of hardness in favor of males, there are differences between repeaters and non-repeaters in favor of non-repeaters.en_US
