أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية دراسة حالة على عينة من البنوك الجزائرية (BNA-BEA-AGB-CNEP-HB) خلال الفترة 2010-2015

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أثر تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال على الأداء المالي للبنوك التجارية، وذلك تماشيا مع التطور الذي أحدثته تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في التسيير، مما أدى إلى حدوث تغيرات جوهرية دفعت المؤسسات إلى تغيير طريقة عملها، استهدفت هذه الدراسة عينة من البنوك )البنك الوطني الجزائري bna، البنك الخارجي الجزائري bea، بنك الخليج الجزائرagb، صندوق التوفير والاحتياط cnep، بنك الإسكان للتجارة والتمويل hb (، خلال الفترة الممتدة 2010-2015، من أجل الإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة واختبار الفرضيات اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي وعلى معطيات بانل عن طريق البرنامج الإحصائي eviwes.9 وقد توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: مؤشرات الأداء المالي المعتمدة في الدراسة ROA) ,(ROE لا تأثر في المدى القصير باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات
