Abstract

in this article, we discussed the organizational effectiveness under modern administrative approaches to the most important criteria that govern the regulatory phenomenon in an organizational context characterized by change from one type to another, in light of the competition which is characterized by openness to the global market economy in order to achieve organizational effectiveness.
