dc.description.abstractThis study belongs to the field of organizational behavior in institutions, where they aim to disclose the burnout at doctors enterprise public hospital Youssef Damarji in tiaret, applied study on a sample of 79 doctors from various disciplines, and reliance has been in the study on the descriptive approach adopted, as well as study on scale of burnout for Maslach, which consists of 22 words, the study concluded a set of results, the most important was that there were no statistically significant differences between the enterprise and public hospital doctors Youssef Damarji in tiaret attributable to gender and seniority in the profession and medicals pecialtyen_US
