dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to examine the reality of the performance evaluation of the employees of four national oil companies and two foreign oil companies. The descriptive approach was used mainly on the basis of the interview tool with 28 managers and heads of departments for the human resources management of the sample companies. To evaluate the performance of the employees of the four national companies as an annual administrative procedure, the results of which are not used, as opposed to the two companies in the United States (Halliburton, Haas).
