dc.description.abstractThe current study “The Burnout among university teachers ” was conducted on a sample of 200 teachers of Hassiba Benbouali university by using the Burnout scale of Maslach and Jackson (MBI-ES) After confirming its psychometric properties, it was found that the university teachers suffer from an average level of Burnout and there were significant differences in the level of Burnout according to the teachers’ specialization, while there are no significant differences according to the teachers’ gender.en_US
