Abstract

هدفتالدراسةالحاليةإلىالتعرفعلىمستوىالضغوطالنفسيةوالتوافقالمهنيلدىأساتذةالتعليمالابتدائيببعضابتدائياتمدينةتقرت،والعلاقةالموجودةبينهما،ثممعرفةالفروقفيالضغوطالنفسيةوالتوافقالهنيباختلافالجنس،والفروقبينالمتغيرينفيالأقدمية.. وقداتبعناالمنهجالوصفيالاستكشافيالمناسبلطبيعةالدراسةوذلكبالاعتمادعلىاستبيانيوضحالضغوطالنفسيةوهومنإعدادالباحثة،واستبيانللتوافقالمهنيوقدتمتبنيهمنالباحثةشموريكاميليا،وقدتمتطبيقهذهالدراسةعلى 120 أستاذببعضابتدائياتمدينةتقرت،وللتأكيدمنصحتهاستخدمناالخصائصالسيكومترية،وبعدجمعالبياناتتمتمعالجةباستخدامالأساليبالاحصائية (بيرسون،اختبار (ت)،تحليلالتباينالأحادي،وقد توصلت الباحثة إلى النتائج التالية: 1)مستوىالضغوطالنفسيةلدىأساتذةالتعليمالابتدائيمرتفع . 2)مستوىالتوافقالمهنيلدىأساتذةالتعليمالابتدائيمرتفع 3)توجدعلاقةضعيفةبينالضغوطالنفسيةوالتوافقالمهنيلدىأساتذةالتعليمالابتدائي. 4)لاتوجدفروقذاتدلالةاحصائيةفيالضغوطالنفسيةوالتوافقالمهنيلدىأساتذةالتعليمالابتدائيتعزىلمتغيرالجنس. 5)لاتوجدفروقذاتدلالةاحصائيةفيالضغوطالنفسيةوالتوافقالمهنيلدىأساتذةالتعليمالابتدائيتعزىلمتغيرالأقدمية.

The smmary of the study This study aims to kuow the level of primary school teachers psychological stress also their level of function similarity eiu some Touggourt primary schools, according to the relation between the level of primary school teacher psychological stress and the level of function similarity is welle and there are deferens between both sex and society. We arrived to the following results: 1)The level of primary school teachers psychological stress high 2)The level of primary school teachers function similarity is high. 3)There is relation between primary school teacher psychological stress and function similarity. 4)According to both Sex, there is mo. differences in psychological stress and function similarity for primary school teachers and eve seniority. To reach their study, we lave followed the suitable way which is the describing des curvy basing on a sway to make clear the level of psychological stress for primary school teachers and a server prepared by shamowkamirlia. We applicant this study on about 120 teachers in some Touggourt primary schools. And to make some of what we did ,we used syclometuy characters.
